* Return Policy – We guarantee live arrival and your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we will be more than happy to replace your purchase with a new Gecko. Our Leopard Geckos will arrive in good condition with no signs of any disease. If you don’t receive a live arrival, you have two hours to contact us. We will require a photo of the Gecko sent to us ASAP. Please do not discard the Gecko until all issues have been resolved. When confirmed that the Gecko is not alive we will replace it of equal value or a credit towards a new Leopard Gecko. Due to poor husbandry we can not give long term guarantees. We do not guarantee live arrivals in temperatures over 90 degrees or below 32 degrees. All shipping costs are non refundable.
