FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: Once I pay for the Gecko(s) how long will it take to arrive?
A: Once payment is received we will work with your schedule to choose the best arrival date for your purchase. U.S. purchases are shipped overnight and you should receive your Gecko(s) by noon or before on the next day.
Q: What happens to the Gecko(s) during shipment?
A: We ship through UPS or FedEx “overnight”. We prefer to pack the Gecko(s) in their box around 5 pm on the day of shipping. They are picked up around 6 or 7 pm. From there, they spend the night in transit and should arrive safely at your door by 11 am the next morning. They are usually in the box for 18 hours, we recommend that you place them into their new environment with care and give them time to adjust before handling. Your Gecko(s) will probably be cool to the touch and extremely stressed out when they arrive.
Q: Feeding.
A: Your Gecko(s) have been feeding on meal-worms and Dubia roaches and may not eat for 2 or 3 days after arrival. Provide fresh water upon arrival.
