* Placing an Order – Full payment in advance must be received before your shipment will be sent.
We ship FED EX over night guaranteed to your door. We will contact you before shipping to set
a date and confirm your order. Someone must be present at the location to receive your Leopard Gecko(s)
or your shipment will be cancelled and set for a later date.
* Method of Payment – Payment is to be made in full prior to shipping by way of Pay Pal (preferred method, you do not need a Pay Pal account to complete this), We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cashier’s checks, Pay Pal, wire transfers, Western Union,or personal checks. Please make money orders or personal checks out to John Byer. After payment has been received we will arrange the shipment of your order. We will attempt to ship your order ASAP. We prefer to ship on Monday through Wednesday for arrival on the next day. We require someone to be home to accept the shipment. If this is not possible we prefer the shipment to be held at the carrier’s location for you to pick up.
Tracking number is provided to our customers in order for you to track your shipment on line. We welcome personal checks but will only ship once the check has cleared our account. Please provide us with your full name, complete shipping address, and day and night phone number.
* Hold Policy – We will place a hold on any animal for you with a 25 % deposit for 30 days. At that time the animal will be marked ” on hold” with your name. If after the arranged time has expired and the animal is not paid for in full the animal will go back up for sale and the deposit will be offered as a credit for a future purchase. We will work with you as long as you stay in contact with us. We do not offer refunds.
* Shipping Address – Is important that your correct address be offered in full on every purchase. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. Please confirm that your address is correct.
* Ship Schedule – Shipping animals can be stressful for them. In that regard we take all conditions into account and will avoid shipping animals in extreme cold or hot weather conditions. No weekend shipments will take place.
